Butterfly Pea Tea 90g – Organic Blue Tea | Sundarbans, India
Hot Brew: Add 1–1.5 teaspoons (about 1.5g) of dried flowers to 200ml of hot water (90–95°C). Steep for 5–7 minutes. Strain and serve. Add honey and a slice of lemon to watch the color magic.
Cold Brew: Add 2 teaspoons to 500ml cold water. Refrigerate overnight (8 hours). Strain and serve over ice with fresh mint and lemon.
Blue Latte: Brew a strong concentrate (2 tsp in 100ml), strain, and top with warm oat or coconut milk for a stunning Instagram-worthy latte.
