Butterfly Pea Tea 30g – Starter Pack | Organic Blue Tea
Classic Blue Tea: Add 1 teaspoon (approx 1.5g) to 200ml hot water (90–95°C). Steep for 5 minutes. Strain. Add honey to taste. Squeeze half a lemon over your cup and watch the color shift from blue to purple.
Purple Lemonade: Brew a concentrate (2 tsp in 100ml), strain, add fresh lemon juice and honey, pour over ice. Spectacular to look at, refreshing to drink.
